Your 60-minute evaluation
Anat begins by listening: your history, what you've tried, what matters most to you. She then performs a hands-on, whole-body assessment and explains what she finds in plain language.
Most evaluations include initial treatment and a recommended plan. The number of visits you'll need depends on your condition, goals and response to care.
What to wear and bring
- Comfortable clothing that allows movement and access to the areas of concern
- Photo ID
- Relevant imaging, reports or surgical notes
- A list of current medications
- For Medicare: your physician's prescription or referral

Original Medicare accepted
Medicare Part B patients need a physician prescription or referral. Cash-pay patients can contact Anat directly.
