Approach
How Anat treats
Anat looks beyond the location of symptoms to understand how different structures and systems may be contributing, then builds a plan for you specifically.
Whole-body assessment
A thorough evaluation of posture, movement, joints, soft tissue, nerves and breathing, not just the painful area.
Integrative Manual Therapy
A foundational hands-on method for assessing and treating how the body's systems relate to one another.
Hands-on manual therapy
Skilled joint and soft-tissue techniques, adapted to your comfort and tolerance.
Strain-counterstrain
A gentle positional technique that eases protective muscle tension and tenderness.
Neural tissue tension techniques
Gentle methods that address how nerves glide and adapt within surrounding tissue.
Functional exercise & rehabilitation
Targeted exercise that builds strength and confidence for daily life, work and sport.
What stays constant
Every visit is 60 minutes, one-on-one with Anat. Your plan evolves as you respond, and Anat explains what she finds and why she recommends each step.
She may occasionally use adjunctive tools such as ANF as a small supporting part of care; they are never the centerpiece of treatment.
